We offer a complete manufacturing service from design to delivery.  To use the jargoned phrase we are a one-stop-shop, taking care of every stage of production for your China electronic components and China electronic assemblies.  
 

 

Batch Size
Most companies in China are only interested in high volume manufacturing.
Owning the manufacturing plant in China allows us to consider any annual volume and any batch size.  We take a commercial view of each project on a case-by-case basis, so our annual output can vary between ten million pieces on one project, to twenty pieces on another.

 

Sampling / Prototyping
We manufacture prototype and pre-production samples for customer approval before going into volume production.  This ensures that both you and Ringtel are confident about what will be manufactured, long before you receive the first delivery.

 

Order Management
There are no other agents or subcontractors for you to contact.  You will only deal with Ringtel Electronics UK head-office, based in South Wales since 1995.  Our experienced staff will manage your order from placement, to delivery at your premises, or any other nominated address worldwide.  Our customers have the benefit of low cost manufacturing, without the additional work of managing an offshore supply chain.

 

No Hidden Costs
Our quotations are inclusive of sea-freight, duty and taxes from China to the UK, stock storage at our UK site and standard delivery to your premises.

 

Lead Time & Stock Policy
Most companies cannot easily manage the standard six to eight weeks lead-time between the China and Europe.  At Ringtel Electronics, we hold up to twelve weeks buffer stock at our UK site, which can be delivered within twelve hours of you notifying us of demand.  We provide a Kanban replenishment service when needed, or we can design a customised service to suit your particular requirements. 

 

Quality Management
Both Ringtel Electronics sites are ISO9001:2000 Certified (since 1995) and many products are UL Approved. All activities carried out at Ringtel Electronics are carried out under these certification principles.

 

Component and Raw Material Sourcing
At Ringtel Electronics we take total ownership of raw material and component sourcing.  We manufacture a wide range of electronic components in-house, providing high quality, low cost alternatives to OEM components.  When customers specify OEM components, we source these through franchised distributors, guaranteeing you get the product you want.

 

Tooling
Ringtel Electronics has an in-house tool-making department with a team of experienced engineers able to design customised products at low cost.

 

Intellectual Property ( IP ) Protection
Dealing with Ringtel Electronics UK, means that your intellectual property is protected under UK law.  Many companies have ‘manufacturing partners’ in China, but be aware that when you release your product designs, your Intellectual Property ( IP ) may be at risk.  Ringtel’s ownership of its manufacturing plant eliminates this risk.
