Ringtel Electronics’ Toolmakers have over twenty years experience in the designing and manufacturing of connectors in a range of materials, including nylon and various grades of polycarbonate. We make standard IDC Connectors, Pin in Hole Connectors, lampholders (and bulbs) and a variety of telephone plugs & jacks.
If you require a non-standard connector, then we also make bespoke connectors to your exact design requirements. Our experienced design and sales team in the UK are here to help you with the design and technical questions and the in-house toolmaking department at our wholly-owned factory in China have many years experience of designing and making moulding tools, all at a fraction of the cost you will pay in Europe.
The manufacturing plant has six injection moulding machines and four over-moulding machines, producing industry-standard and bespoke connectors for many industry sectors, including: Amusement and Gaming, Automotive, Data Communications, Electronics, Heating & Air Conditioning, Lighting, Security, Telecommunications and Vending.
